1. 服务范围 / Service Scope
上海盛芮思船务有限公司（以下简称盛芮思）提供从日本经过上海到全世界的杂货国际中转服务。
Sunrise provides multimodal transport service for general cargo from Japan to worldwide via Shanghai.
2. 服务标准 / Service Standard
盛芮思采用严格的服务标准为客户提供杂货国际中转服务，包括装货和卸货的现场监督以及供应商资质的严格审查与定期核查。
Sunrise sticks to strict service standard including loading and discharging supervision as well as vendors' qualification and regular check.
2.1 从日本到上海的第一程运输 / First Carrier from Japan to Shanghai
盛芮思选择专业并长期从事杂货班轮运输的承运人作为合作伙伴执行第一程运输。
Sunrise prefers to experienced and specialized general cargo carrier which can provide regular service from Japanese main ports to Shanghai.
2.2 上海码头操作 / Terminal Operation in Shanghai
（1）单价低于3吨且宽度小于3米的货物将在卸船后存放在码头仓库内。
The cargo's weight under 3 metric tons per unit and width less than 3 meters will be stocked into warehouse.
（2）所有存放在码头露天的货物都会用油布覆盖防雨。如果需要，还会在底部增加垫木。
All the cargo stored in terminal's open air will be covered by tarpaulins; If possible, the dunnage will be arranged under the cargo.
（3）任何在卸货过程中被发现的货损都会及时报告给客户。
If any damage found during discharging operation in Shanghai, report will be sent at once to customer with photos.
（4）如果需要，我们会建议在码头重新包装或者加固原有包装，并按照客户要求实施。
If necessary, re-packing or packaging reinforcement will be proposed to customer accordingly.
（5）第一程运输的卸货报告会上载到相关网址供客户查询。
Discharing report will be provided on the website link specifically designed for the customer.
（6）货物在上海港的中转报关信息会及时上载到相关网址供客户查询，包括报关文件准备完毕、报关程序开始和报关程序结束等关键时间节点。
The status of transhipment customs clearance will be reported after the document is ready, clearance has begun and finished specifically.
2.3 从上海到目的地的第二程运输 / Second Carrier from Shanghai to Destination
2.3.1 如果第二程运输是远洋国际运输，盛芮思选择市场口碑良好、专业并长期从事杂货班轮运输的承运人作为合作伙伴。
For ocean carrier, Sunrise perfers to experienced and regular service provider with licenses and good reputation.
目前，盛芮思和以下船东保持长期合作关系：
Currently,Sunrise purchases ocean service from below carriers:
（1）中远海运特种运输股份有限公司 / COSCO Shipping Specialized Carrier Company Limited
（2）恒鑫航运有限公司 / Hanssy Shipping Pte Ltd

2.3.2 如果第二程是中国沿海运输，盛芮思选择专业的杂货班轮船东开展合作，并严格审核该类船东的相关证书、船员配备情况和通讯保障能力。
For coastal carrier, Sunrise perfers to experienced and regular service provider with licenses， qualified crews and good communications.
目前，盛芮思和以下船东保持长期合作关系：
Currently, Sunrise purchases coastal service from below carriers:
（1）武汉船发国际货运有限公司 / WUHAN CHUANFA INTERNATIONAL FORWARDER CO.,LTD.
（2）浙江新一海海运有限公司 / ZHEJIANG XIN YI SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED
2.3.3 如果第二程是长江内河驳船运输，盛芮思选择专业的杂货驳船公司合作，并严格审核该类船东的相关证书、船院配备情况和通讯保障能力。
For barge carrier in Yangtze River, Sunrise perfers to experienced and regular service provider with licenses, qualified crews and good communication.
目前，盛芮思和以下船东保持长期合作关系：
Currently, Sunrise purchases barge service from below carriers:
（1）武汉船发国际货运有限公司 / WUHAN CHUANFA INTERNATIONAL FORWARDER CO.,LTD.

2.3.4 如果第二程是卡车运输，盛芮思选择专业且富有经验的卡车公司合作，并严格审核该类承运人的相关证书、驾驶员配备和通讯保障能力。
For truck service, Sunrise perfers to experienced and regular service provider with licenses, qualified driver and good communication.
目前盛芮思和以下卡车公司保持长期合作关系：
Currently, Sunrise purchases trucking service from below carriers:
（1）上海华西物流有限公司 / SHANGHAI HUAXI LOGISTICS COOMPANY LIMITED

2.4 目的地操作 / Destination Operation
盛芮思会在卸货完成以后提供卸货报告和相关视频材料。
The report and photos of cargo condition after discharging will be provided.
（1）如果第二程运输是远洋国际运输，盛芮思会再卸货完成以后提供相关的理货报告。
For ocean carrier, tally report will be provided after discharging.
（2）如果第二程是国内沿海运输，盛芮思会提供收货人签字收货的运输单据。
For coastal carrier, consignee or his agent's signature on the waybill will be provided.
（3）如果第二程是卡车运输，盛芮思会提供收货人收取货物时的签收单。
For truck service, receipt copy with consignee or his agent's signature will be provided.
（4）如果第二程是驳船运输，盛芮思会提供收货人签字收货的运输单据。
For barge carrier, consignee or his agent's signature on the waybill will be provided.
